Oak Island Harbor is one of the closest communities you can stay to Walt Disney Resort without actually being in Walt Disney Resort!! You are literally 10 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney Resort staying at this home!!
This fantastic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is a huge and comfortable space to spend your vacation in whilst here in Orlando.
This villa is the reason people say "home away from home" you will fall in love with its comfortable decor and spacious feeling, with 2 large living spaces and a games room, a pool with spa and a well furnished kitchen and dining area this home is the perfect spot for you and your family and friends on your vacation.
Walt Disney World is less than 8 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $30 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool and spa heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

This property was excellent! We enjoyed the pool and the spa. The whole house was as clean as could be expected. Property details are clearly laid out in the binder that was on the coffee table when we arrived. Plenty of linens and towels were provided. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Would highly recommend!

We drove to FL so this was a perfect option! Never done a house rental before but it was literally the best! The house looks exactly like the pictures. The private pool was great and refreshing (and the perfect temp even without the heater). For the rainy FL weather we really did enjoy the option of Roku and cable TV. The washer/dryer was perfect - I’m one of those who prefers not to bring home a week of laundry! Check in/check out was contactless and couldn’t have been easier. Would definitely stay here again!

I’ve never stayed in a house rental like this before… but the idea of sharing a motel room with my two teens made me want to throw up. I did a little research and found that we could stay in a house with our own separate bedrooms AND a private pool for way less a night than staying at a Disney value resort. We were driving anyway so I wasn’t worried about that part and I liked the idea of being a little more separated with covid and having a quiet place to retreat from the park madness at night. The house was exactly as it appeared in pictures. The pool was fabulous. It was very nice to have the amenities of home (washer/dryer and all that). The neighborhood was extremely safe feeling and quiet. It was very close to the parks - I think maybe a 15 minute drive at most. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lots of room. The pool was always cold so I’d recommend the heater. And the biggest thing for us…each park was around 14 to 18 minutes away. Location was great. Great price and deal…saved us $6000 compared to staying on property at Disney. We are a family of 6.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It looked the same as advertised and was easy to access. We were close to the theme parks and other Orlando attractions which allowed us to spend more time making memories instead of in traffic. It was spacious and had a lot of amenities for both the adults and children to enjoy. The property owner was friendly and responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner. My family and I plan to return to the property in the future!!
