This immaculate south facing 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private pool home backs onto the golf course, and with the properties fenced on either side this is a very private spacious property.

With the home being South facing you're guaranteed to make the best of the Florida sunshine and the large private pool is great for cooling off if not under the large lanai area.

Downstairs we have the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which backs onto the pool area, there are 2 living areas and a well stocked kitchen. In the garage we have a games room with pool table, darts board and table tennis - we also have the laundry facilities in the garage.

Upstairs is the family bathroom and 3 bedrooms. 2 twin rooms for the kids and a queen bedroom.

Please note that although the outside pool can be heated there is an additional charge to this. It's $30 per day with a minimum 5 day charge. Please request this at the time of your reservation or at least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your arrival.
