The community of Calabay Parc plays host to this is a exceptional South facing open planned 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home complete with a fun games room, no rear neighbors and a brilliant L-shaped private pool and spa.
This well maintained villa has two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms both of which have direct access to the pool area. The bedrooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs
The pool and spa overlooks a garden area and is not overlooked from the rear, this has a covered lanai area for those of you wishing to seek shade from the Florida sun and with comfortable pool furniture this is a great spot to relax.
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan and looks out to the living room and breakfast bar. There is a formal dining room and plenty of room for everyone.
The garage has been converted into a wonderful games room equipped with a Pool Table, Foosball table and an Air Hockey table.
Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $30 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

Absolutely amazing. , Very clean and very comfortable. I truly appreciate the owners attention to detail, the sitting area soon as you walk in to the cleanliness outside of the property is amazing. I personally look forward to staying there again. Have a trip on may 28 would love to stay again

My family and I visit the area frequently, and this home has to be the most comfortable stay we've had. The rooms were huge, super comfy beds and I loved that it had 2 master suites. Home was VERY clean and just had all the comforts of home. Booking was easy and we had 0 issues.

The house was comfortable, Nice game room, the bedrooms were huge. Clean and everything worked, for the most part. Pool was very nice. We didn't heat the pool, but probably should have. It was a bit chilly at the beginning of the week. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we were pretty close to everything we wanted to see.
