With an open plan layout and large living and dining area all from a short step of the kitchen. The kitchen itself has a breakfast bar and modern appliances for you all to enjoy. The living area has a large screen TV, free WiFi is included in this property, 3 large sofas and acces to the great pool deck and pool to realx on and catch some of that Florida sunshine.Also on the first floor of this 2 storey property is the Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bath, a walk in shower and twin basins. Downstairs there is also a further large Queenroom and bathroom and a laundry area with full size washer and dryer not ot forget the fantastic games room that has a pool table for the sporting members of the family.Upstairs you have three further bedrooms - 1 Queen bedroom and a further 2 twin bedrooms all with plenty of closet space in each and a further family bathroom with bath and shower. Please note that although the outside pool and spa can be heated there is an additional charge to this. It's $25 per day with a minimum 5 day charge.
