Hampton Lakes hosts this immaculate, south facing, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private pool home.
This south facing, corner lot, provides a very serene and private ambience for our guests. The interior of the home was completely renovated by an interior designer who achieved a very unique, modern, open concept, with a luxuriously appointed design.
The list of upgrades goes on and on starting with the contemporary, kitchen and living areas with comfortable and relaxing bedrooms.
This home has 2 master bedrooms with ensuites, 1 king and 1 queen – The third bedroom has 2 adult full size bunk beds with the 4th bedroom having a twin set.
TVs in each room and a large lanai and pool deck outside makes this an amazing spot for your vacation to the Disney area.
Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $25 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.Please also note that there are parking restrictions on this community. The driveway for this home accommodates 2 cars comfortably, however please be aware that there is no overnight street parking permitted on this community and doing so could result in the vehicle being towed.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

Me and my family loved the home, there was a lot of space and we truly loved how each room had a tv. We enjoyed the pool and the big kitchen. We hope to stay at this home again the next time we visit Florida.

We stayed for two weeks and kids had a BLAST! We ended up getting the pool heated for week two because water was so cold since it did rain a lot there. Super close to a lot of things also

We had an amazing time at this property. The pool was great and house was in great condition. The kids throughly enjoyed the pool. We had an issue with a window leaking with the rain but it was taken care of very quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay in Florida!
