This lake backing home is less than 10 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World. The villa is located in a private and well kept community with great views across the lake directly behind this home.
The 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is well furnished and well cared for. It comfortably sleeps up to eight guests to enjoy at any given time and one of very few 4 bedroom properties in this waterfront location.
With a fully equipped kitchen including all the appliances you'd expect to see in your home away from home - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware and features a table for four guests and a breakfast bar for additional diners wanting to spin between the kitchen and living area.
The home has a large living area with comfortable seating and a second space set aside for the dining area.
The homes southwest exposure gives this home an ideal outside space to make the most of the Florida sunshine - with a great pool to relax in and a large lanai to take shade from the sun and enjoy some outside dining with the family and friends who may be accompanying you on your trip to the sunshine state.
Walt Disney World is less than 10 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $25 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

This property was perfect for what we needed. We went to Florida for a dance competition so the pool was a perfect and inexpensive way to spend our down time. It’s a little older of a house but the fees to rent it were a lot less in comparison to some of the big villa resort places which is exactly what we wanted. Plenty of room, the bathrooms were nice and newly remodeled and I thought it looked even better than the pictures on the ad. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. And the management was very nice and helpful!

Myself, Husband and two teenagers recently stayed at this villa to celebrate a big birthday. We loved it! Lots of space and gorgeous view over the lake where we saw lots of wildlife. We paid for pool heating even though the weather was warm and it was a good decision. We also hired the gas BBQ. Good location and we didn’t want to leave.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. We had a few technical difficulties but they were addressed promptly.. If I could change just one thing it would be the living room setup. We had 8 people stay here but only 3 could be in the living room to sit and enjoy on the rainy day it would have been nice for all of us to sit and watch a Christmas movie . Other then that I was pleased with our stay :) I highly recommend this place.

The property was great, clean and fully The property was great, clean and fully equipped. It has been previously mentioned, but the WiFi/Internet was solid the whole time. I picked the location based on previous holidays so I knew it was handy for the parks. We were unfortunate enough to time our holiday with Hurricane Ian, but we were looked after by the rental company and had no problems. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay for an off-park holiday.
