Calabay Parc hosts this beautifully decorated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home in the heart of the Walt Disney World vacation area.
Just 20 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World you'll be perfectly located for your Orlando vacation to all of Central Floridas attractions.
The house is immaculately presented. The open plan living area leads your from the front door to the kitchen area on your right and the living area directly in front of you. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd expect from a home away from home, you'll even have a light a spacious dining area for the family meals in the bay window at the front of the house.

This area leads off to all 4 bedrooms, the first being the master king with en-suite bathroom. There is a Queen bedroom with en-suite and two twin rooms that share a family bathroom.
The home also has a games room for the down times you're spending in the house and not out at the parks or in the pool - with a pool table and air hockey table these are great games for guests of all ages.
The outside pool area has a child safety fence for your familys peace of mind, loungers and outside seating is also included with a lanai that shades you from the Florida sun should you need it.
Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $30 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

The house was great for my family, big and spacious. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It's in a nice location, close enough to everything you might need. We really enjoyed the pool, and the game room was a nice bonus. We definitely look forward to renting again.
