It has a large south west facing pool deck on the end of the row just waiting for sun soaked days and refreshing dips in the pool when relaxing after days spent at the many attractions here in central Florida.

The townhome has a well-stocked kitchen overlooking the formal dining area. The living area has comfy sofas and a large flat screen TV. Downstairs you also have washer dryer facilities. One queen bedroom downstairs with full bathroom.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and flat screen tv, there are 2 large twin bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs too.

This home is beautifullyl cared for and has everything you need to feel comfortable in what will be your very own home away from home.

Being based on the fantastic resort of Encantada which is located approx. 10 mins from the gates of Walt Disney World, you will have access to all of the resort amenities such as the heated swimming pools, private lake with a catch and release pier, clubhouse with bar serving drinks and snacks, walking trails and more. The resort is also a gated community with ample parking.

Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $15 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
