Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club plays host to this extremely spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa.
With its south facing pool you'll be sure to get the best of the Florida sunshine all day long. You do also have at this home the escape from the sun outside with comfortable outside furniture and a large lanai if you do need to seek the shade.
Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club is one of the few communities in the area that is within walking distance to a supermarket, bars and family restaurants. It also boasts a community pool, tennis courts and a childrens play area, and, as the name would suggest to you is actually located on a fantastic 18 hole golf course open to the public.
The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, and there is a cot already in the home for the newest of holiday makers!
Walt Disney World is under 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

The villa was super nice and clean. We only had to contact the management company once, and they got back to us quickly, which we really appreciated. The whole holiday was just perfect.

We had an amazing time, we stayed in this villa in May and decided to go back as we loved it so much and now its been decorated with new furniture and we love it more, we will be definitely looking at going back again the only issue we had was the patio door alarm kept going off so we called the management team and they came out the next day to fix it very impressed

It was excellent, we really enjoyed it. The villa was just about right and I’d say it was better than the photos. We’ve been to Florida many times but we’ve not stayed in Orlando much and usually stay in hotels, so this was our first time in a villa. We just wish we’d know about the heavy traffic due to the road works but it all worked out ok in the end. We just had to contact the management company once about the TV as we couldn’t work it but someone came round really quickly and sorted it straight away. We had really great service from you and you never know – we might be back again

My family and I had a great time in this home!! It has everything you need plus some. They provided extra towels and (which is a major plus with kids and a pool) extra bedding. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a grocery store literally 3 mins away! If you like cooking like I do you’ll LOVE the kitchen!! They have every cooking utensil you could think of. It was definitely like being home but quieter because there is so much space. Will definitely stay again!
