Rolling Hills is a peaceful and quiet community just 10 minutes from the Disney parks. This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa has a privacy fence a large pool deck and a games room for all the family to enjoy and relax in after a day at the parks.

The king master bedroom offers an en- suite bathroom, as does the queen bedroom.

The furniture in this home is modern, featuring a games room to occupy children of all ages and total privacy surrounding the pool deck area.

The villa also has an alarm system and safe, free cable and wifi, and free calls throughoutthe USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Please note that although the outside pool can be heated there is an additional cost to this. It's $25 per day with a minimum 5 days. Please request this at the time of your reservation or at least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your arrival.
